Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on nebuxstudio.com, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our products, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Once a product has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned.

This applies to all digital products sold through Nebux Studio, including plugins, scripts, tools, and any other downloadable content.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Nebux Studio's sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Refund eligibility is determined entirely at Nebux Studio's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback:

Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48–72 hours.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or fraudulent dispute without first contacting our support is considered a violation of these policies and our Terms of Service.

Doing so may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension
  • Termination of all active licenses
  • Removal from Nebux Studio services and communities
  • Restriction from future purchases
