Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our products, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Once a product has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned.

This applies to all digital products sold through Nebux Studio, including plugins, scripts, tools, and any other downloadable content.

Custom Development Services

Custom development work — including Discord bots, websites, software, automations, integrations, and consulting — is quoted and agreed on a per-project basis and is handled separately from marketplace products.

Once development has started, payments for custom work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deposit secures your project and the start of work, and is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled after work has started, you remain responsible for the work completed up to that point.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Nebux Studio's sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• A verified technical issue that prevents product delivery and cannot be resolved
• A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error
• The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback:

Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48–72 hours.
