By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Nebux Studio product or service, you agree to the following Terms.
License & Usage
All products, services, systems, files, resources, and digital content provided by Nebux Studio are licensed, not sold. By purchasing or using our products, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license under these Terms.
You MAY
- Use our products in personal or commercial projects
- Use our systems on your own servers, platforms, or communities
- Generate revenue through your own projects while using our products
You MAY NOT
- Resell Nebux Studio products or licenses
- Redistribute, leak, or publicly share files or source code
- Crack, bypass, or tamper with licensing systems
- Reverse engineer closed-source products
- Claim Nebux Studio work as your own
Accounts & Licenses
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, licenses, and purchased resources. Account sharing, account selling, or distributing purchased access is strictly prohibited.
Nebux Studio is not responsible for:
- • Lost accounts
- • Shared credentials
- • Unauthorized access caused by negligence
- • Leaked licenses caused by account sharing
Payments & Refunds
All payments made to Nebux Studio are generally considered final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances at Nebux Studio's sole discretion.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
- • Permanent account suspension
- • License termination
- • Removal from Nebux Studio services and communities
- • Permanent restriction from future purchases

Support Policy
Nebux Studio provides support through official communication channels. Customers may receive prioritized assistance for issues directly related to purchased products.
Support may be denied if:
- • Products were improperly modified
- • Files were altered in unsupported ways
- • The user violated these Terms
- • The product was leaked or redistributed
- • Issues were caused by third-party modifications or incompatibilities
Compatibility & Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing or using any Nebux Studio product. Supported versions, platforms, or environments are specified in each product's documentation where applicable.
Nebux Studio is not responsible for:
- • Incompatible software versions
- • Improper configurations
- • Server instability or data loss
- • Corrupted files or downtime caused by external systems
- • Damages caused by misuse or unsupported modifications
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
Services & Availability
Nebux Studio may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update products and services at any time. While we strive to maintain reliable services and fast issue resolution, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nebux Studio reserves the right to discontinue development, maintenance, support, or future updates of any product or service at any time. Nebux Studio reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated, modified, or expanded at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use Nebux Studio products or services after updates are published, you agree to the revised Terms.
Custom Development Services
In addition to digital products, Nebux Studio offers custom development services — including Discord bot development, web development, software development, automation solutions, integrations, and technical consulting. The following terms apply to all custom work, in addition to the general Terms above.
Project Scope
Each custom project is defined by an agreed scope — the features, deliverables, and timeline confirmed before work begins. Any work, features, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may require additional time and cost. Estimates and timelines are provided in good faith and may change as requirements evolve.
Payments
Custom development is quoted on a per-project basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery or handover. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not met.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party factors. We communicate progress through agreed channels (primarily our Discord). Final deliverables are provided once the agreed work is complete and any outstanding payments are settled.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and any access, credentials, assets, or accounts needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information, slow responses, or third-party services are not the responsibility of Nebux Studio and may affect the agreed timeline.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ownership or usage rights apply only to the final deliverables explicitly defined in the project agreement, and only upon receipt of full payment. The project agreement specifies the exact rights granted for those deliverables — whether ownership is transferred or a license to use is provided. The client does not automatically receive ownership of all code produced during the project. Nebux Studio retains full ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, internal tools, reusable components, libraries, systems, know-how, and any other intellectual property used or developed during the project that is not a client-specific deliverable. Where any such Nebux Studio or third-party components are included in a deliverable, they are provided under a license, not sold. Nebux Studio may showcase completed work unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Support & Maintenance
Custom projects include a handover and a short support window to fix defects in the delivered work, as agreed per project. Ongoing maintenance, new features, hosting, or updates beyond the agreed scope are optional and offered as a separate paid arrangement. Nebux Studio is not obligated to provide indefinite support for custom work.
Project Refusal & Termination
Nebux Studio reserves the right to refuse, decline, or terminate any project at its sole discretion — including work that is illegal, unethical, abusive, or outside our expertise. Either party may terminate a project with written notice; completed work is invoiced up to the point of termination, and payments for work already performed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
